Settings Menu and Bugfixes

In this update I added in a settings menu where the player can adjust the music and sound effect volumes via sliders.

In addition, I fixed a bug where the chicken would win even if they busted, as well as swapped out the deck in the center of the table with one that  features our new card textures.
