WonderWare
WonderWare
WonderWare is a collection of minigames all themed around chickens and scale. I'm a solo dev, and this is my first serious game jam entry!
Please note that while there is a web build, loading times are a bit of a pain, I just put it up there so more people would try it. I highly recommend just downloading the game.
Overview
Originally built as a project for the GMTK Game Jame 2024, I came into this with two main goals:
1. Create something impressive that fits the theme
2. Make it based around a series of minigames that I can pull later for my WonderParty game
As such, with the help of Twitch Chat, I came up with three games:
- Escape the Coop
- Chimken Golf
- The Toy Maze
All of these games are fast paced and unforgiving, try to get the best score!
Controls
The arrow keys are used for all the games, and can be swapped out for WASD at any time. Escape can be pressed during any game to toggle the pause menu. Here is a full breakdown per game:
Escape the Coop
Move around and change scale to best fit the holes in the oncoming walls. If you aren't the right size, you'll get quite a surprise!
- Left and Right Arrow Keys to move side to side
- Up and Down Arrow Keys to change scale
Chimken Golf
It's golf, you play golf as a chicken
- Shift key to change club
- Up and Down to change power
- Left and Right to change angle
- Space to swing club
The Toy Maze
You've been shrunk down really small! Escape the maze and get to the treasure
- Left and Right to turn
- Up and Down to move
- Shift to dash

Cute game with warioware like minigames.
There's no music i think? Which is a shame since it would really add to the experience. I also encountered a bug where my golf ball went through the ground. But other than that this game was fun and funny (i started spamming shift to cluck) and good job!
Were you on the green when the ball clipped through? There is a spot there where I know I need to push a fix to the model as soon as uploads are unlocked
Yes!
I think I might have come across a bug because for some reason when i click a button in the ui it takes a long time before realizing
I pushed a few fixes this morning, hopefully that helps! I'm still figuring out this whole web export thing, the performance is a bit hampered
